Broadcom seeks $60B-plus in debt for an AI chip deal that leases hardware to Anthropic

Broadcom is in talks with lenders for more than $60 billion of senior secured debt, partly guaranteed by Broadcom, alongside about $30 billion of junior financing that could take the package toward $100 billion, with Blackstone and Apollo Global Management in talks to participate.
