Lovable turns published apps into agent-callable capabilities over MCP
Lovable now exposes selected functions from a published app as tools through a hosted MCP server, giving each product two interfaces — a human UI and an agent interface callable from ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP clients. A developer building on Lovable gets agent access without writing an integration layer, and credentials stay server-side in the connector gateway rather than in the generated app. The company is at a $500M annualized revenue run rate with 60 million projects created, and raised a $400M Series C at a $13.3B valuation.

Why this matters
- → Apps gain agent-callable interfaces without custom integrations
- → Shifts SaaS consumption from tab-switching to unified agent access
- → Server-side credential handling eliminates per-app secret exposure
