Samsung deploys ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex to all South Korea staff in one of OpenAI's largest enterprise deals

Samsung Electronics is rolling out ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex — extended from engineering into manufacturing, marketing, and administration — to all South Korea employees and its global Device eXperience division, in what OpenAI calls one of its largest enterprise deals, with South Korea active users up 800% since February. Samsung already supplies OpenAI with memory chips for AI infrastructure, and the deal adds the world's largest memory chipmaker to OpenAI's major software customer list as well.
