xAI adds /goal mode to Grok Build for fully autonomous task runs

xAI's Grok Build terminal agent now accepts a high-level task description via /goal, decomposes it into a progress checklist, and executes autonomously — reviewing code, inspecting webpages, and running scripts — until the task is verified complete. Developers on Grok Build can now hand off a multi-step task and return to results, without the turn-by-turn prompting the earlier modes required.
