Zhipu ships ZCode, an MIT-licensed coding-agent harness for open-weight GLM-5.2
Zhipu released ZCode, an MIT-licensed coding-agent harness for its open-weight GLM-5.2 model, which carries a 1-million-token context window. That completes a fully self-hostable coding stack — open weights plus harness — under one of the most permissive licenses, after GLM-5.2 itself dropped Apache-2.0 for MIT on June 16. The harness is days old, shipping near-daily point releases since its July 1 launch.
