
Google Cloud launches Gemini Enterprise for Legal with Cleary, Freshfields and Weil onboard
Google Cloud has bundled Gemini into a legal-specific product — contract redlining, regulatory horizon scanning, DSAR fulfillment — with Cleary Gottlieb, Freshfields, Weil and Williams & Connolly named as early customers. The substance sits in the MCP connectors to iManage, NetDocuments, Everlaw and RelativityOne, which inherit each system's existing permissions and ethical walls — the barrier that has kept general-purpose AI out of privileged matter files.
