NVIDIA invests $3.5B in MediaTek and opens NVLink Fusion to custom XPU designs

NVIDIA put $3.5 billion into MediaTek convertible bonds and will let MediaTek offer NVLink Fusion as a prevalidated design base for custom accelerators, alongside continued work on RTX Spark and DGX Spark PC chips and Dimensity Auto vehicle platforms.
