Rapidus targets 2nm wafers at ~$21K, undercutting TSMC's ~$30K
Rapidus CEO Atsuyoshi Koike says Japan's foundry startup will price 2nm wafers at ¥3.0-3.5M (~$18,460-$21,540), at or below TSMC's reported ~$30,000, and is in talks with more than 60 mostly overseas customers.
